Our students experience the joy of giving by being involved in Community Outreach Programs. Students at Christel House have access to the world class facilities that Christel House has to offer. Part of our credo is that children should also learn to give back to society, to those who are not as privileged as they are.
As a pilot program, our school Choir team went around carol singing and raised Rs. 5000/-. The team visited a rag pickers home and celebrated Christmas with the rag picking children of the center. They distributed tooth paste, towels, soap and eatables to the residents. We encourage our children to talk to school dropout and bring them back into the system. As an outcome of this, children from grade 7, 8 and 9 made an award winning documentary film on child labour.
