Our Mission
The mission of Christel House is to help children around the world break the cycle of poverty, realize their hopes and dreams, and become self-sufficient, contributing members of society.
Our Credo
Christel House Learning Center is a place for children to grow, to develop and to achieve dignity and success. Christel House children learn the values of respect, responsibility, independence and integrity. They develop a passion for learning and they maximize their human potential. They realize that the opportunities and care provided to them by Christel House emanate from love for our fellowmen and our desire to help make the world a better place.
Student Credo
At the Christel House, I believe I can realize my fullest potential by working hard in my studies, pledging to be a good citizen and giving back to my community.
Values
The work of Christel House is guided by four universal values—Respect, Responsibility, Independence and Integrity—which are integrated into the culture, curriculum and disciplinary policy of the school. These values are expected to be embodied by every Christel House staff member and student. While Christel House has no religious or political agenda, we believe that young people who demonstrate the qualities associated with these four values will become good citizens, responsible adults, positive role models and caring members of society.
